AGI revamps SMSF insurance offering

Insurance administrator AGI has updated the features of its SMSF insurance product by improving the application process and the online experience for SMSF trustees.

AGI has redesigned its website for SMSF trustees and added new features which will enable SMSF members to obtain an insurance quote upfront without needing to provide large amounts of personal information.

The new website also contains a calculator to assist SMSF trustees estimate how much life insurance and income protection cover they may need in the event that they die, become totally and permanently disabled or are unable to work.


The new website also coincides with a new brand aesthetic for AGI, as the brand adapts to better reflect the company values of trust, simplicity and one team.

AGI chief experience officer Dan Ebzery said, in the past 12 months, the company has listened to the needs of clients and devoted its time and energy in developing the best possible user experience.

“Our primary focus is to build on our reputation for outstanding service and insurance administration solutions,” he said.
