SMSF services provider Heffron has appointed a data specialist to the newly created role of head of data and process.

Heffron has appointed Jodi Stapleton, who was formerly senior manager of service and information delivery at  Newcastle Permanent to the executive role of head of data and process.

Heffron chief executive Martin Heffron said Ms Stapleton has more than 15 years of experience and “has a wealth of experience within strategic information management and a proven track record for delivery”.

Mr Heffron said her role will be to lead the development and delivery of Heffron’s overall data strategy. Ms Stapleton will report to chief executive Martin Heffron.

“The digitisation of data creates many new opportunities for organisations who have the capability to exploit it on behalf of their clients,” said Mr Heffron.

“We have excellent technology at Heffron but in order to fully leverage the opportunity, we also need to be excellent at gathering, analysing and providing timely, relevant and actionable information from that data.”
