Topdocs integrates with major accounting software company
Legal document provider Topdocs has announced an integration with Xero Practice Manager, which will enable users to automatically set up companies, trusts and SMSFs on the Xero platform when documents are ordered from Topdocs.
Topdocs said the new integration will enable users to enjoy seamless data sharing between the two platforms and to automatically create companies, trusts and SMSFs in Xero Practice Manager when establishment documents are ordered from Topdocs.
Following the set up of these structures, users can utilise the data in their XPM account to order supplemental documents such as changes of trustee or deed updates in the future, Topdocs said.
Topdocs director Michael Spakman said goal of the integration was to create time-efficient ways for financial advisers to create new structures for clients.
“By providing advisers with the option to automatically have their structure set up in their respective accounting, or in this case, practice management software, we can remove a great deal of time wastage in the industry,” said Mr Spakman.
