AMP chief executive of wealth management Alex Wade said Ms Bourguignon is a “talented and capable leader with a strong customer focus”.

“I am confident SuperConcepts will thrive under her leadership,” said Mr Wade.

SuperConcepts chair Richard Grellman thanked Mr Urquhart, the current interim chief executive, for providing stability and continuity while a chief executive appointed.

Mr Urquhart was appointed as the new interim chief executive following the news that Natasha Fenech would be leaving the company.

He thanked the SuperConcepts board and staff and said he looked forward to his next challenge.

“It was a privilege to have led such a great organisation for an interim period knowing they will continue a strong leadership and advocacy role for SMSF trustees,” he said.

Ms Bourguignon said she looks forward to maintaining SuperConcepts’ position in the SMSF sector.

“SuperConcepts is in a very strong position to continue driving innovations for our customers,” she said.

      100% agree

SMSF administration is a very simple business made easier with the improvement in software packages.

However is does require a specialised skillset & no amount of cheap offshore labour can replace the specialised knowledge of experienced onshore SMSF administrators.

Lets hope that Ms Bourguignon truly understands the meaning of client service

Based on what the street is saying she will need to do a complete 180 to Concepts if customer experience is to change for the good.
