ASF Audits acquires Deloitte’s SMSF audit business
ASF Audits (ASF) and Deloitte have entered into an agreement for ASF to acquire Deloitte’s SMSF auditing business, effective from 30 June 2023.
The acquisition is a part of ASF’s growth strategy, to capture market share and consolidate ASF’s position as the leading SMSF audit firm.
Existing Deloitte staff will join ASF’s team to ensure continuity of service for our clients and leverage their considerable experience.

With the acquisition ASF is forecast to audit more than 50,000 funds in FY24, for over 500 firms across Australia.
