A newly formed advice industry body has appointed three additional new directors to its leadership team.

The Succession Asset Protection and Estate Planning Advisers Association (SAPEPAA) has appointed Susanne Bransgrove, Sally Rorke and Ashleigh Jaremyn as directors of the association.

SAPEPAA is a new industry body aiming to provide accreditation for practitioners providing advice related to intergenerational wealth transfer, succession and asset protection.

"Susanne, Sally and Ashleigh join the Association Board with the founding Directors, Grant Abbott, Timothy Munro and Michael Jeffriess," the SAPEPAA stated.

“The appointment of Susanne, Sally and Ashleigh provides further extensive experience, knowledge, strength and diversity to the Board of the Association."

Ms Rorke is a licensed SMSF adviser at Allan Hall Business Advisors, a multi-disciplined accounting and advisory practice on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. She has over 30 years’ experience as a chartered accountant, specialising in SMSFs for about 25 years. Her area of expertise with SMSFs includes the provision and implementation of advice for taxation, accumulation, retirement and estate planning strategies.

Ms Jaremyn is an executive director of LightYear Group and its subsidiaries LightYear Docs and I Love SMSF. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the financial services market, including SMSF, investment advice, wealth creation, retirement planning, personal and business insurances, and estate planning strategies. She is currently finishing her Masters of Law specialising in artificial intelligence.

Ms Bransgrove is a family business specialist and the founder and managing director of LiquidGold Consultants and Women in Family Business Australia and New Zealand. SAPEPAA said she has championed the family business issues at speaking engagements across the world, from NAB’s International Women’s Day celebrations and Poland’s 2020 Family Business Week Symposium to the Family Office Symposium in Hong Kong and FBN in India.
