Caroline Harley joined Topdocs Legal as a senior associate this week. She will provide legal services across SMSFs, superannuation, trusts and estate planning, and also review legal documents.
Ms Harley said with greater numbers of practitioners now addressing the estate planning gap and other changes in the industry, Topdocs has looked to further expand its legal team.
“I’m really excited to be joining [Topdocs Legal] because they’ve got such as solid reputation of supporting professional advisers and they’re removing a risk where non-lawyers are being asked to read and understand legal documents by doing it for them,” she said.
Ms Harley was formerly senior counsel at Greenfields Financial Services Lawyers and senior legal counsel at Perpetual Limited.
