Over the Christmas break, SuperConcepts formally completed the migration of all its clients to its new software platform, which follows an 18-month process of designing, building and testing.

SuperConcepts said clients will now have access to a clean dashboard which is easier to use and provides up-to-date information on their funds as well as being able to initiate requests to respond to tasks from accountants more easily.

“It also allows clients access to the documentation 24/7 while the streamlined work processes that underpin the new dashboard will make it more efficient for clients,” said the SMSF services provider.

SuperConcepts chief technology officer Brad Ackermann said the new dashboard will provide customers with a more consistent experience.

“It gives us that one workflow and the one dashboard for all of our customers going forward and it really enables us to streamline processes, give better delivery to customers and be more consistent,” Mr Ackermann said.

SuperConcepts general manager of operations and customer service Kevin Sudlow said the new platform will deliver better functionality to customers in “an easy-to-use system, while also [enabling] us to better assist all of our clients with streamlined workflows and easier access to information”.

SuperConcepts announced in December that it would be developing a new-based user interface for its software platform SuperMate and unveiling new automated features throughout 2021.

The new features, it said, will enable users to automate conversions; reconcile transactions and documents; link in with open banking; and generate, schedule, prepare and lodge tax returns.
