There is no doubt interest and investment in property by SMSF trustees is still rising, and the trend looks set to continue.
The latest Smart Property Investment/Property Investment Professionals of Australia Property Investor Sentiment Survey, released at the end of 2014, indicates confidence in the Australian property market remains high.
Of respondents to the survey, 14.3 per cent stated that they had invested in property via an SMSF before, a significant increase from the inaugural survey result of 4.4 per cent in February 2014.
