Andrew Row will take up the position following previous roles in the SMSF industry including managing director of Cavendish Superannuation, Bendzulla Actuarial (now Accurium) and Chairman of ASF Audits.

The SuperConcepts board said it is excited about the next chapter for the company and remains focused on driving innovation, growth, and setting new benchmarks for client experience and technology leadership.

Mike Cutter, chairman of the SuperConcepts board said Row brings a unique combination of deep technology expertise and over 20 years of experience in the SMSF industry, having led high-growth businesses in administration, actuarial, and audit services.

“His appointment reflects our commitment to delivering on our mission: simplifying SMSF so more Australians can control their super,” Cutter said.

“Under Andrew’s leadership, we are confident SuperConcepts will continue to set new standards for innovation and client experience in the SMSF sector.”

Following its return to private ownership in 2023, SuperConcepts has achieved record client satisfaction scores, delivered industry-leading SMSF administration services, and has received multiple awards as Innovator of the Year for its SMSF Administration Software Solution SuperMate.

Row said it is a privilege to lead such an innovative and dedicated team.

“Our success is a testament to the passion and expertise of everyone at SuperConcepts, and I’m excited about what we will achieve together as we continue to set new benchmarks for the SMSF industry,” he added.
