These include population growth, the major port of Mackay being responsible for the export and import of mining products and refined sugar exports, government investment in major road infrastructure, health, social housing, and education.

Centuria present this unlisted property investment opportunity to investors with a minimum investment of $50,000 in a high quality logistics facility that is fully leased to ASX-20 listed Wesfarmers. The Fund has an initial five year investment term and throughout the life of the Fund, investors will receive monthly distributions1 that are derived from the rental income on the property. The lease agreement has built in rental reviews, and the facility has a DA approved development opportunity for the site providing potential valuation and income upside.
