She will be responsible for both Heffron’s traditional administration and actuarial services as well as its rapidly growing suite of digital products.

Heffron managing director Meg Heffron said Ms Sheringham has a wealth of experience from roles held at Class, BT, and her private consulting work.

“Like the rest of us at Heffron, Kate is highly motivated to solve the real business problems faced by our accounting and adviser colleagues who work with SMSF clients,” said Ms Heffron.

“Together, we’ll keep doing that in a way that makes Heffron’s deep technical expertise accessible, affordable, highly practical and relevant. Adding her to the team will definitely mean we do it much better.”

Heffron has also added a new pension benefit tool to its Super Toolkit and will soon be launching a new integration with Class.
