The NowInfinity portal manages SMSF compliance and is purpose built for accounting firms and financial planning practices wanting to grow their SMSF business to meet individual customer demand, Chan & Naylor said in a statement.

NowInfinity is a real-time platform, meaning Chan & Naylor SMSF specialists can customise a deed while meeting with a client, the group said.

“Prior to using NowInfinity’s service it would take Chan & Naylor up to two weeks to customise a deed; it now takes two hours and delivers immediate benefits to the client,” said David Hasib, partner with Chan & Naylor Financial Planning.

Under the commercial partnership, Chan & Naylor’s joint venture partnership (JVP) member firms nationwide all have access to NowInfinity’s SMSF and tax documentation, technical support and specialist SMSF RG146 training.

NowInfinity chief executive Jeff Louie said his firm is seeing strong demand from its client base to broaden client engagement via broader strategy-based opportunities.

“The NowInfinity Success Program offers marketing tools and support around this process, thereby becoming a key business development tool for accountants and financial planners,” he said.
