“I have big shoes to fill, however, I am very excited and am looking forward to delivering great solutions to our clients,” she said.

“Teamwork makes the dream work and I have an amazing team behind me.”

BGL managing director Ron Lesh said that Ms Tea had been a valued member of the team and was pleased to see her step up.

“It has been a pleasure to watch Chin develop and thrive both personally and professionally during her time at BGL,” said Mr Lesh.

“Chin has been a valued and talented member of the BGL team for nine years and we could not be prouder to see her lead BGL’s connected services team into the future.”

Ms Tea is a qualified CPA and has worked a variety of positions at BGL, including as a support consultant and product trainer, which required her to travel across Australia as well as Singapore and Hong Kong to conduct training with clients.

She has also previously held positions in the data services team as a business analyst/tester and the connected services team as a business analyst.

As manager of the Simple Fund 360 connected services team, Ms Tea’s role will involve growing BGL’s data feed integration list while also ensuring the continuity of data integrity and accuracy.

She will also be involved in maintaining and promoting existing partner relationships and establishing new ones.

Ms Tea moves to replace Brad Wilkinson, who was recently promoted to BGL’s head of ecosystem.
