The promotion reflects the depth of talent that the firm has developed, said its managing director.

Self-managed super fund and compliance management software firm BGL Corporate Solutions has appointed a new head of customer experience (Asia-Pacific region).

Adriana Cavallo was selected for the role, having joined BGL in 2012; since then, she has worked her way up through different roles in the business.

BGL’s managing director Ron Lesh was pleased to see the position filled by a long-term BGL employee.

“It has been a pleasure to watch Adriana grow and thrive with us both personally and professionally since she joined BGL in 2012,” said Mr Lesh.

“Adriana has demonstrated the highest commitment to BGL, the team and clients, and we could not be prouder to see her take on this new role.

“Adriana is highly regarded in the industry due to her ability to form and sustain strong relationships and is perfectly suited and qualified to help lead BGL into the future.”

As a qualified CPA with an MBA in marketing, Ms Cavallo has filled multiple roles in various parts of the business over the past 10 years, including support, data services, client enablement, practice management integration, partnerships and most recently, as head of client success.

Ms Cavallo said she was looking forward to continuing her work with the firm’s clients in the new role.

“Working with our clients and creating an exceptional BGL experience has always been a passion of mine,” she said.

“I’m thrilled to be able to continue my incredible journey with BGL, focusing on client experience and working with the amazing teams at BGL.”

Mr Lesh said the appointment would strengthen the firm going forward.

“As head of customer experience (APAC), Adriana will oversee BGL’s support, data services, client success, account management, and sales (APAC) teams to deliver remarkable experiences for BGL clients,” said Mr Lesh.

“This is a significant change to the structure of our business and will have a positive impact on BGL, our clients and partners moving forward.

“We are proud to have an extraordinary talent pool at BGL that allows us to promote internally rather than seek external appointments for senior management positions.”
