Documentation provider LightYear Group has announced a new partnership and, subsequently, the release of a new HR document suite.

The board at LightYear Group has announced a further expansion to LightYear Docs with the addition of another documentation provider called We Love Advisory Group.

We Love Group will work alongside the existing legal documentation provider for LightYear Docs — Abbott & Mourly Lawyers — to further cater for the accounting and advisory industry.

LightYear Group users will be able to access 130 new HR documents through a new HR document suite, with further policies and documents to be launched into a new category on the LightYear Docs platform.

LightYear Group director Ashleigh Jaremyn said the company was “committed to growing the LightYear Group brand and service offering and are looking forward to bringing on this new partnership”.

“Our new offer includes everything from contractor agreements to commencement of employment, through to termination of employment and an extensive range of HR policies,” said Ms Jaremyn.

“We see that this addition expands our resources and further positions our group to increase our market share in line with our strategic plans.”

LightYear group chair and founder Grant Abbott said the addition of another documentation provider to work alongside Abbott & Mourly Lawyers provides further strength, diversification, and governance risk reduction for the company’s shareholders.

In addition to the rollout of the new HR Document Suite, We Love Group will be running a webinar series covering, employee recognition, employee share plans, short term incentive plans, how to recruit staff, and how to advertise for staff.

We Love Group currently provides partner solutions to LightYear Docs members ranging from outsourcing to bookkeeping to lending and mortgage registrations.
