La Trobe Financial partners with valuation platform

SMSF lender La Trobe Financial has announced a new partnership with a valuation platform, which will digitise and automate its valuation process for commercial properties.

La Trobe Financial has partnered with valuation platform provider Valocity to streamline its commercial property valuation process.

The wealth manager and lender said the centralised commercial valuations platform will help support workflow, particularly when staff are working remotely.

Chief lending officer Cory Bannister said La Trobe Financial was delighted to be partnering with Valocity to accelerate and improve the commercial property valuation experience for brokers and their clients.

“Valocity will help us deliver a faster, more seamless customer experience now and into the future,” he said.
