Current accounting manager Joshua Williams will act as chief executive while the company “finalises a strategic review,” a spokesperson told SMSF Adviser this morning. He has held management roles with the business for approximately five years.

Co-director Phil Jaquillard will become executive chairman, who was founding director of the business 16 years ago.

SMSF Adviser understands an announcement was made internally last week.

“There is enormous opportunity for us to refine and expand our current offerings, and we’ll continue to work closely with our existing partners to achieve our ambitions, “said Mr Jaquillard.

More to come.
